James Dabill Confirmed to Gas Gas Trials Team

Seven-time and reigning British Trial Champion will ride a factory Gas Gas in the FIM indoor and outdoor World Championship series for the next two years.

James Dabill, 30, will be riding a Gas Gas TXT 300 Racing in the FIM World Indoor and Outdoor Trial Championships, according to a press release sent by Gas Gas today.

A seven-time and reigning ACU British Trials Champion, Dabill has signed a two-year contract with the Gas Gas Factory FG Trial Team, and he will contest the FIM indoor and outdoor World Championships, the Spanish Trial Championship, the Scottish Six Days of Trial and the Scott Trial.. Dabill’s competition schedule for next year also includes prestigious international events such as the Scottish Six Days of Trial and the Scott Trial.

Dabill is scheduled to make his debut with the factor Gas Gas team in Sheffield, England, during the first of four dates of the World X-Trial on January

“I guess I will start by saying how excited I am to start this new adventure with Gas Gas and I really can’t wait to start working with Marc Colomer–Gas Gas Sports Manager–and all the team in Girona,” Dabill said. “I am super happy that Gas Gas have put their confidence in me to be a factory rider and with knowing the bike is very, very good, and I’m sure that we can create some great results together. It almost feels like I’m back home.
