The Garmin Tactix is so high tech that you’d swear it was made for a superhero, but it was actually designed to meet the needs of elite tactical units in the field. Its myriad of features go way beyond your standard watch/stop watch/alarm functions. They include a high-sensitivity GPS navigator plus an altimeter, barometer, three-axis compass and tracker with 1000 waypoints, 10,000 track points and TracBack capabilities to guide you back over a previous route. It is equipped with both ANT+ and Bluetooth to allow the wireless sharing of tracks, waypoints and routes with other compatible Garmin devices or smartphones.
