The top performing 125 SX is powered by a high performance two-stroke engine with power valve and six-speed gearbox. The 125 SX remains a favorite among young champions. For 2015, a new ignition curve is used to improve performance and reduces the potential of detonation.

With its larger displacement engine in the 125 SX chassis, the KTM 150 SX is a formidable competitor on the track. The 150 SX retains the agility of the 125 SX but offers added power and torque. Like the 125 SX, the 150 SX gets the new ignition curve to improve performance and reduce the chance of detonation.

KTM says that the 250 SX has one of the best power-to-weight ratios in the motocross world and its lightweight two-stroke engine is competitive against more complex four-strokes. For 2015, the 250 SX receives a minor revision in the form of a clutch basket that has been reworked to shave weight.

KTM’s minis have received even more attention than its big-bike two-strokes for 2015. The 85 SX gets a reworked cylinder with a revised transfer port for improved reliability, a newly designed swingarm that is 500 grams lighter than before, a new chain guide, chain roller and brake hose clamps. Technical highlights of the 2015 KTM 85 SX include:

– A cutting-edge two-stroke engine featuring a six-speed gearbox and a hydraulic clutch
– A new reworked high performance cylinder with flow-optimized ports and a high-precision exhaust control valve to provide the engine with its unrivaled performance. For 2015, the cylinder has an improved transfer port for better reliability
– The crankshaft has a perfectly sized lightweight conrod with minimum vibrations and maximum durability
– A high-quality chromoly steel frame with a lightweight, bolt-on aluminum rear subframe. The frame offers maximum stability at minimum weight
– A new swingarm for a weight saving of 500 grams and optimized stiffness
– A standard feature on the bigger KTM off-road bikes is also available on the 85 SX; air filter changes are possible within seconds without tools
– High-quality WP suspension with 43mm upside down forks and a PDS monoshock, which are all fully adjustable
