Asterisk’s Ultra Cell Knee Protection System features several patented design concepts to offer knee brace wearers a technologically advanced non-prescription knee brace designed to offer high levels of joint protection and comfort. The Ultra Cell ACM Frame boasts an anatomically correct design and is constructed of a carbon fiber epoxy matrix for light weight, rigidity and impact distribution. The braces feature Asterisk’s Asymmetric-Glide hinge, which tracks the natural “rolling-gliding” motion of the knee joint and allows for automatic tibia alignment of lower frame. Each Ultra Cell knee brace also features an exterior regulator that is adjustable from 0 degrees to 30 degrees. Other features include an anti-rotation tether that links the knee braces to the rider’s boots, a telescoping three-piece-design patella cup and thermo-formed EV50 shock absorbent foam padding. The braces are also water and corrosion resistant, and hand washable. Available in sizes S-XL, they are sold in a pair of left and right knee braces in the same size.
