Team France and Team USA get out of the blocks well on Day One of the 2014 ISDE in Argentina.

In what appears to be shaping up to be a rematch of the 2013 International Six Days Enduro (ISDE) in Sardinia, the 2014 ISDE kicked off today in San Juan, Argentina, with defending event champions Team France getting off to a great start to lead the World Trophy standings over Team USA after Day One on Monday, November 3.

Husqvarna factory rider and reigning E2 World Enduro Champion Pela Renet of France was the fastest rider of the day, taking the overall event lead and the E2 class lead. KTM factory rider and E1 World Champion Christophe Nambotin finished second to Renet by a mere 4 seconds after the first round of six tests., while Australia’s Toby Price was third.
