It’s easy to forget that motocross apparel innovator Alpinestars offers budget-priced products that feature much of the same build quality and attention to detail as its top-of-the-line stuff. These Tech 3 All Terrain Boots are a perfect example, making them a great gift for the dirtbiker in your family. The Tech 3 boasts a contoured shin plate protector that is injected with high-modulus polyurethane for impact and abrasion resistance, while plastic reinforcement on the inner side of the boot is covered by thick stamped suede for increased grip and heat resistance. A reinforced leather plate runs along rear of the boot, and inside and outside plates guard the side and toe-box area. The AT features Alpinestars’ exclusive all-terrain high grip rubber compound sole with a contoured stainless steel shank and steel sole guard, and four impact-resistant buckles with a quick release/locking system. The top of the boot is sealed with a Velcro strap connected to elastic stretch PVC, and each boot features an extended gaiter that helps to prevent water entry. The boots in multiple colors and in sizes 5-16.
