The following is a press release regarding the new Team FRAM website:

LAKE FOREST, Ill. (March 16, 2015) – FRAM, a leading U.S. oil filter brand, today launched a new web and mobile site dedicated to highlighting Team FRAM athletes including UFC fighters Johny “Bigg Rigg” Hendricks and Donald “Cowboy” Cerrone and Joe Gibbs Racing Motocross riders Justin Barcia and Weston Peick. TeamFRAM.com features exclusive content for fans including “Done Right” videos with UFC fighters Hendricks and Cerrone, interviews with its sponsored athletes, information on upcoming sweepstakes and more.

“We want to create an experience for fans to engage with the FRAM brand in ways that speak to their interests and carry out FRAM’s ‘do it right’ mentality beyond what consumers today know about our filters,” said Rich Fleming, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for FRAM Filtration. “The launch of TeamFRAM.com is just one way we’re aligning our community outreach efforts with the new ways fans are consuming media: through video content online that’s inherently shareable.”

The Team FRAM athletes were announced in January. Additional Done Right videos and Team FRAM fan content will be added online throughout 2015.

Justin Barcia and Weston Peick are members of Joe Gibbs Racing Motocross (JGRMX), a North Carolina-based professional supercross and motocross team. The two Team FRAM riders compete in the Lucas Oil AMA Pro Motocross Championship and the Monster Energy AMA Supercross Championship race series.

Other Team FRAM athletes include Johny “Bigg Rigg” Hendricks and Donald “Cowboy” Cerrone. Hendricks is a former UFC welterweight champion and two-time NCAA wrestling champion from Oklahoma State. Hendricks defeated Matt Brown in a welterweight bout at UFC 185 on March 14 in Dallas. Cerrone is the winner of his last seven bouts in the Octagon and the number three-ranked UFC Lightweight contender. Cerrone will fight number two-ranked UFC Lightweight contender Khabib Nurmagomedov at UFC 187 on May 23 in Las Vegas.
