New three-year deal with Monster Energy AMA Supercross Series makes Oakley the official eyewear brand, for goggles, too!

Oakley-Logo-0125106Oakley and Monster Energy Supercross, have announced a new three-year partnership that will see the iconic eyewear brand become the official eyewear and goggle brand of the series, according to information released by Oakley.

As part of the partnership, Oakley, which created an empire by starting in the sports of motocross and supercross, will showcase its products and technologies at all rounds of the series. The displays promise to deliver a customized, on-site fan experience for supercross attendees. The brand is currently the eyewear of choice for a supercross stars Ryan Dungey, Eli Tomac, Ken Roczen, Chad Reed, James Stewart and the Troy Lee Designs Race Team.

Cuan Peterson, Oakley’s Global Director of Sports Marketing said that the partnership is a natural fit.

“For decades, Oakley has created industry leading eyewear and goggles for some of the most recognized motocross athletes in the world, and this partnership will allow Oakley to showcase the brand’s product innovations and technologies designed specifically for the sport,” Peterson said,

Oakley will be showcasing the brand through different touch points at the races, as well as for fans watching at home through live-broadcast integrations. As the partnership progresses, Oakley said it will reveal innovative products to enhance riders’ performance on the track.
