Both Yamaha and Suzuki have rolled out all-new 450s. Save for its signature rearward inclined engine configuration, the 2018 YZ450F is practically nothing like the model it replaces, featuring the world’s first dirtibike WiFi tuning feature, electric start, an all-new bilateral beam aluminum chassis and the latest KYB Speed Sensitive System fork–and that only scratches the surface of the changes made to the Yamaha. Suzuki just officially announced the 2018 RM-Z450 yesterday, and the new ‘Zook features a significantly updated engine that boasts much stronger perfomance wrapped in an all-new aluminum perimeter chassis.

The 2018 Honda CRF450R is similar to the all-new 2017 Honda CRF450R that won our 2017 450cc motocross shootout, but it features a significant twist in the form of electric start as standard equipment. Like the electric start models from Husqvarna and KTM, the CRF does away with the kickstarter. Kawasaki’s 2018 KX250F is also not all-new, but Kawasaki claims the engine upgrades it has made should boost the top-end performance that the 2017 was lacking.

So we’re wondering which bike floats your boat. Answer our poll question and let us know which one has gotten your attention.
