The 2017 Monster Energy AMA Supercross Series, an FIM World Championship, is less than two weeks away from kicking off at Angel Stadium in Anaheim, California.

The 2017 season promises to be exciting, as three-time and reigning champion Ryan Dungey squares off against Ken Roczen, Eli Tomac, Marvin Musquin, Cole Seeley, Trey Canard, Jason Anderson, Chad Reed, Cooper Webb and a host other contenders for one of the most prestigious crowns in all of motorsports. The 17-round series will criss-cross the country from January through May, finishing with a bang at Sam Boyd Stadium in Las Vegas for its season finale.

A lot of training, testing and countless practice laps have been spun in anticipation of the gate drop at Angel Stadium. The following video, found on the Monster Energy Supercross page on Facebook, gives us a preview of what to expect when the talking stops and the sound of angry four-stroke engines armed for battle comes to life.
